Postpartum in the US…

  • Approximately 10-20% of new mothers experience postpartum depression (PPD) within the first year after giving birth.

  • Many women struggle to have in-home help with daily tasks such as meal prep, cleaning, emotional support and proper rest after giving birth which can delay the healing process and add unnecessary stress.

  • Lack of postpartum support not only affects the mother's mental health but can also impact her ability to care for and bond with her baby. It can also strain relationships with partners and family members.
